One more way to help kids learn to write is to have a piece of their wall converted into “a word a day” corner. On a daily basis, they will look at the word, master how to spell it and in the days following it, they will be able to speak and write it well. You should not go overboard of course. Their need for help with writing should be systematic and not very drastic.
Third of the best options is to use games as a way to teach them. There are a couple of times when children get bored with the “ever so stiff and normal setting of the classroom”.
